Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in onion and bell pepper, cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Add taco seasoning and water, simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Mix in cooked rice.
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top and cover until melted.
  7. Serve warm.
