- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, bell pepper, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into small squares.
- Spoon a small amount of the cheese mixture onto each square.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and seal edges with a fork.
- Brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can use pre-made pastry dough for convenience.
- Add cooked bacon or ham for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
