- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable shortening
Instructions
- Mix peanut butter, butter, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Gradually add powdered sugar until dough forms.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Freeze balls for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and shortening in a double boiler.
- Dip each ball halfway into melted chocolate.
- Place back on baking sheet and chill until set.
