Instructions

  4. In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, basil, minced garlic, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Mix well and let sit for 5 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
  6. Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted bread slices.
