- 4 lbs beef brisket
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Season the brisket with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large pot and sear the brisket on both sides.
- Add garlic and onion, cook until softened.
- Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
- Sprinkle smoked paprika over the brisket.
- Cover and simmer on low heat for 3-4 hours.
- Slice and serve.
