Description

A refreshing tropical fruit salad with a creamy coconut twist.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, diced
  • 2 cups mango, diced
  • 1 cup kiwi, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all fruits.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pineapple, mango, kiwi, strawberries, and grapes.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, shredded coconut, honey, and lime juice.
  4. Pour the yogurt mixture over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
