Instructions

  1. Prepare your vegetables: wash and cut the potatoes into small cubes, trim the ends of the green beans, and peel the baby carrots if necessary.
  2. In a large crockpot, combine the carrots, green beans, and diced potatoes.
  3. Melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
