A fun and festive treat for Easter made with rice cereal and marshmallows.
Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 package (10 oz) marshmallows
- 6 cups rice cereal
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Food coloring (optional)
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat.
- Add marshmallows and stir until melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Add rice cereal and mix until well coated.
- If using food coloring, add it now and mix thoroughly.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
- Let it cool and cut into squares.
- Top with sprinkles if desired.
