- 1 whole ham Honey Glazed Ham (Fully cooked, bone-in ham)
- 1 cup Honey (For glazing)
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar (For glazing)
- 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard (For glazing)
- 1 pound Green Beans (Fresh, trimmed)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (For green beans)
- 3 cloves Garlic (Minced)
- 2 pounds Potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet, peeled and cubed)
- 4 tablespoons Butter (For mashed potatoes)
- 1/2 cup Milk (For mashed potatoes)
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a small bowl, mix honey, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard to make a glaze.
- Place the ham in a roasting pan and brush with the glaze. Cover with foil.
- Bake ham for about 1.5 hours, removing foil and basting every 30 minutes.
- For the green beans, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add green beans and sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain and mash potatoes, adding butter and milk until creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the glazed ham with green beans and mashed potatoes.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite herbs and spices to the glaze for extra flavor.
- You can substitute green beans with asparagus or broccoli if desired.
