  • 1 cup Honey (For glazing)
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar (For glazing)
  • 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard (For glazing)
  • 1 pound Green Beans (Fresh, trimmed)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (For green beans)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 2 pounds Potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet, peeled and cubed)
  • 4 tablespoons Butter (For mashed potatoes)
  • 1/2 cup Milk (For mashed potatoes)
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix honey, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard to make a glaze.
  3. Place the ham in a roasting pan and brush with the glaze. Cover with foil.
  4. Bake ham for about 1.5 hours, removing foil and basting every 30 minutes.
  5. For the green beans, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  7. Add green beans and sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  8. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  9. Drain and mash potatoes, adding butter and milk until creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Serve the glazed ham with green beans and mashed potatoes.
