These colorful Easter deviled eggs are a festive twist on the classic recipe, perfect for your holiday gatherings!

- 6 eggs
- 1/4 mayonnaise
- 1 Dijon mustard
- 1 white vinegar
- 1/4 salt
- 1/8 black pepper
- for garnish paprika
- as needed food coloring
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot, covering with water, and bringing to a boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat, letting sit for 12 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in an ice bath for 5 minutes then peel them carefully.
- Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks, placing them in a mixing bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and black pepper to the yolks. Mash and mix until smooth.
- Divide the yolk mixture into separate bowls and add different food coloring to each to create various colors.
- Spoon or pipe the colored yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with paprika for garnish and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
- Feel free to experiment with different food coloring combinations for fun designs.
- These deviled eggs can be made a day in advance; just keep them covered in the fridge.
