  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts (almonds, pistachios, cashews), roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried fruits (dates, apricots, figs), chopped
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water, stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the ground cardamom and sea salt.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula.
