Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Dredge each shrimp, calamari ring, and fish fillet in the flour mixture, making sure to coat evenly.
  4. Fry the shrimp in batches for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  5. Fry the calamari in batches for 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  6. Fry the fish fillets in batches for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve hot with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.
