Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine sourdough discard, flour, water, sugar, and vegetable oil.
- Add baking powder and salt, and mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before slicing.

- This recipe works well with any sourdough discard amount.
- Feel free to add nuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
