Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

- Remove steaks and let them rest.
- In the same pan, add butter and garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Pour in red wine and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve steaks topped with mushroom sauce and garnish with fresh herbs.
