Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups of brown rice
- 2 cups of broccoli
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- While the chicken is baking, cook the brown rice according to package instructions.
- Steam the broccoli for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Once everything is cooked, divide the chicken, rice, and broccoli into meal prep containers.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Reheat in the microwave before serving.
- Feel free to swap vegetables based on your preference.
