Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  5. While the chicken is baking, cook the brown rice according to package instructions.
  6. Steam the broccoli for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
  7. Once everything is cooked, divide the chicken, rice, and broccoli into meal prep containers.
