- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/4 cup almond milk or coconut milk
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a food processor.
- Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, salt, and almond milk to the food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more maple syrup or honey.
- Transfer the mousse into serving bowls or glasses and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy your healthy chocolate mousse!
