Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semisweet chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- If using white chocolate, melt it in the same manner. Once melted, drizzle it over the chocolate-covered strawberries using a fork or a piping bag.
- Refrigerate the strawberries for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
