Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, melted butter, granulated sugar, and salt to form the crust.
- Press the crust mixture into a pie dish and bake for 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips with heavy cream over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and brown sugar until combined.
- Slowly pour the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, stirring constantly.
- Pour the filling into the pre-baked crust.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
