- 1 pound fresh strawberries
- 8 ounces dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Wash and dry strawberries thoroughly.
- Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate.
- Place dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined tray.
- Refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Use fresh, ripe strawberries.
- Store in the refrigerator.
- For a touch of flavor, add sea salt on top before chocolate sets.
