A refreshing cucumber salad with a creamy mayo dressing.
Ingredients

- 2 large cucumbers, sliced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
Instructions
- Wash and slice the cucumbers.
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Add the sliced cucumbers to the dressing.
- Mix well until cucumbers are coated.
- Stir in the chopped dill.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning as per your taste.
- For a crunch, add diced onions or bell peppers.
- Best served cold.
