A simple and delicious crockpot teriyaki chicken recipe.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds chicken breast
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove chicken and shred with two forks.
- Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl and add to the sauce in the crockpot.
- Stir until the sauce thickens.
- Add the shredded chicken back to the crockpot and mix well.
- Serve with green onions on top.
Notes
- Serve over rice or noodles.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
- This dish can be frozen for later use.
