Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown ground beef with onions and garlic.
- Add carrots, potatoes, peas, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the crockpot.
- Stir the mixture well and cover with a lid.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Top with mashed potatoes before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh veggies for better flavor.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like corn or green beans.
