Crockpot Mississippi Chicken is a flavorful and easy-to-make dish that combines chicken, ranch seasoning, and pepperoncini.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 packet au jus seasoning
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 6–8 pepperoncini peppers
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning and au jus seasoning over the chicken.
- Add butter on top of the seasonings.
- Place pepperoncini peppers on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks before serving.
Notes
- Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or on a bun.
- You can adjust the number of pepperoncini for less heat.
