- 2 cans (14.5 oz each) green beans, drained
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups crispy fried onions, divided
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained green beans, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until heated through and bubbly.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in 1 cup of the crispy fried onions.
- Before serving, top with the remaining 1/2 cup of crispy fried onions for added crunch.
