Ingredients

- 2 lbs frozen hash browns
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup crushed cornflakes
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix frozen hash browns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle crushed cornflakes on top.
- Serve warm.

- For extra flavor, add cooked bacon or ham.
