A simple and delicious crockpot dinner recipe that requires minimal effort.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs of chicken breast
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of carrots, sliced
- 1 cup of potatoes, diced
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 1 tsp of thyme
- 1 tsp of rosemary
Instructions
- Place the chicken breast in the crockpot.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic on top of the chicken.
- Pour in the chicken broth.
- Add the sliced carrots and diced potatoes.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary over the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
- Shred the chicken before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the seasoning to taste.
- You can add other vegetables like peas or green beans.
- Serve with bread or rice for a complete meal.
