A simple and quick crockpot chili recipe without meat.
Ingredients

- 2 cans of black beans, drained
- 2 cans of kidney beans, drained
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 cup of corn
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
- Drain and rinse the beans.
- In the crockpot, combine all ingredients.
- Stir well to mix.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Serve hot.
