A simple and flavorful recipe for crockpot chicken tacos.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken breast
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 8 taco shells
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Place chicken in the crockpot.
- Add taco seasoning and salsa over the chicken.
- Add black beans and corn on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks in the crockpot.
- Serve in taco shells and top with cheese and cilantro.
- Squeeze lime juice over the tacos before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding jalapeños if desired.
- You can use frozen chicken breasts directly in the crockpot.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
