Instructions
- Place the chicken breast in the crockpot.
- Add chicken broth and diced tomatoes.
- Stir in onion, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks before serving.
