Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup of long grain white rice
  • 2 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic on top of the chicken.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and add salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Add the rice and frozen vegetables on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Shred the chicken before serving and mix everything well.
