Description
A simple and hearty dish of chicken and potatoes cooked in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic on top of the potatoes.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Place the seasoned chicken on top of the vegetables in the crockpot.
- Pour the chicken broth over everything in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
- Check that the chicken is cooked through before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
- You can add other vegetables like carrots or green beans.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
