A creamy and delicious crockpot chicken alfredo dish.
Ingredients

- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fettuccine pasta
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add uncooked fettuccine to the crockpot.
- Stir occasionally until pasta is cooked.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For a thicker sauce, add more Parmesan.
- Can substitute chicken with shrimp or vegetables.
