  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup additional shredded cheddar cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the frozen hash browns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the crockpot, spreading it evenly.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle the additional shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Cover and let the cheese melt before serving.
