Description

A hearty and comforting dish featuring tender beef tips served over noodles, cooked to perfection in a crockpot.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place beef, onion, and garlic in the crockpot.
  2. Add beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until beef is tender.
  4. Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl, then stir into the crockpot. Cook for an additional 20 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain.
  6. Serve beef tips over noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, sear the beef before adding it to the crockpot.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste before serving.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
