Ingredients

- 2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 8 oz egg noodles
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place beef, onion, and garlic in the crockpot.
- Add beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until beef is tender.
- Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl, then stir into the crockpot. Cook for an additional 20 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain.
- Serve beef tips over noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, sear the beef before adding it to the crockpot.
- Adjust seasoning to taste before serving.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
