Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups carrots, sliced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup corn, frozen
- 1 cup green beans, chopped
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the crock pot.
- Stir to combine.
- Set on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Check chicken for doneness; shred if needed.
- Serve warm.
