- 2 slices of bread
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread garlic butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Layer cheese and zucchini slices between the bread.
- Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use a mandoline slicer for even zucchini slices.
- Substitute mozzarella for a milder flavor.
