Ingredients

- 500g potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Toss diced potatoes with olive oil.
- Mix spices and herbs in a bowl.
- Coat potatoes evenly with spice mixture.
- Spread potatoes on a baking tray.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before baking.
- Adjust cayenne pepper for preferred spice level.
