Ingredients

- 2 pounds of baby potatoes
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary.
- Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from oven when golden and crispy.
- Serve hot.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For extra crispiness, increase the roasting time.
