Ingredients

- 2 pounds of potatoes
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and peel the potatoes.
- Cut the potatoes into even-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Remove from the oven when golden brown and crispy.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the potatoes in water for 30 minutes before baking.
