- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until chicken is fully cooked.
- Remove chicken from heat and shred it.
- Mix shredded chicken with Parmesan cheese.
- Place tortillas on a flat surface and divide chicken mixture evenly.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Fold tortillas into burritos.
- Place burritos seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
- Serve with sour cream and cilantro.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for better flavor.
- Adjust spices to taste.
