A delicious and easy-to-make crispy parmesan chicken served with a rich garlic cream sauce.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (for sauce)
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
- Dip each chicken breast in the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer chicken to a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream, chicken broth, and parmesan cheese. Stir until sauce thickens.
- Pour sauce over cooked chicken and garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
