Description

A delicious and crispy chicken dish topped with Parmesan cheese and served with a rich garlic cream sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat chicken breasts with the mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
  6. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  7. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  8. Drizzle sauce over chicken and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil the chicken for the last 2 minutes.
  • Substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter sauce.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
