- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp butter
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat chicken breasts with the mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Drizzle sauce over chicken and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the chicken for the last 2 minutes.
- Substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
