- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 egg, beaten
- 8 oz gemelli pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl.
- Dip chicken cubes in beaten egg, then coat with the parmesan mixture.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes until crispy.
- Cook gemelli pasta according to package directions.
- In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic.
- Add heavy cream, parmesan, and Cajun seasoning. Stir until sauce thickens.
- Toss cooked pasta in the Alfredo sauce.
- Serve crispy chicken bites over the pasta.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil chicken for the last 2 minutes.
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to your preferred spice level.
