- 2 pounds of baby potatoes
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
- Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, turn the potatoes halfway through cooking.
- You can use any herbs you like.
