- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
- 2 green onions, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- Toss wings with cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.
- Place wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with vegetable oil.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
- In a small saucepan, heat minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil over medium heat. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Toss baked wings in the honey garlic sauce until fully coated.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
- Serve immediately.

- For extra crispiness, broil wings for 2-3 minutes after baking.
- Adjust honey and soy sauce to taste for preferred sweetness or saltiness.
