- 2 eggs, beaten
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken strip into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off.
- Coat the chicken strips in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing down to adhere.
- Place the coated chicken strips on the prepared baking sheet and spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
