Description

Crispy hashbrown and sausage bites are golden-brown and crunchy potato patties mixed with savory sausage pieces. Perfect for breakfast or as a snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded potatoes
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
