- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix hashbrowns, sausage, cheese, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape mixture into small balls.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook bites until golden brown on all sides.
- Transfer to baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm.
