- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms and pat them dry.
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk.
- Place breadcrumbs in a separate bowl.
- Dredge each mushroom in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg mixture, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry mushrooms in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

- Use fresh mushrooms for the best texture.
- Do not overcrowd the pan while frying.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
