Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix cabbage and ranch dressing in a bowl to make slaw. Set aside.
  2. Combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
  3. Whisk egg and milk in another shallow dish.
  4. Dip chicken strips in egg mixture, then coat with flour mixture.
  5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry chicken strips until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  7. Drain on paper towels.
  8. Warm tortillas briefly in a dry pan.
  9. Fill tortillas with crispy chicken and top with ranch slaw.
