- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 8 small flour tortillas
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix cabbage and ranch dressing in a bowl to make slaw. Set aside.
- Combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
- Whisk egg and milk in another shallow dish.
- Dip chicken strips in egg mixture, then coat with flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry chicken strips until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Warm tortillas briefly in a dry pan.
- Fill tortillas with crispy chicken and top with ranch slaw.

- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
